What began as a simple experiment to grow flowers for my wedding quickly blossomed into a deep-rooted passion for cultivating and sharing flowers with my friends & community. Nestled on a few scenic acres in Waterbury Center, Vermont, I am a small-scale, diversified flower farmer and floral designer.

Living and working on the farm with my two young sons, my husband, and our playful (but very protective) golden retriever, Nelson, our summer days are filled laughter, chaos, and plenty of dirt. I chose the name Sow and Surrender—a gentle reminder that sometimes the best things grow when you let go of the need for perfection and just embrace the messiness of life.

I create seasonal bouquets that reflect the natural rhythms of the land, often pulling ingredients from the wild corners of our property. Each arrangement is a snapshot of the season, capturing the beauty and abundance that can only come from working in harmony with nature.

My dream as a flower farmer is to use flowers to bring people together and create a sense of community. Throughout the growing season, I offer a variety of events and workshops where we celebrate creativity, learn about sustainable farming practices, and, most importantly, play with flowers.
